The improvement of stamping and embossing process

Bronzing printing and bump is actually two of post-press processing procedure, however, as the plate-making technology by leaps and bounds, using electric carving techniques to make a set of Yin and Yang, can be combined these two processes. But if the stamping and shock need to install multiple sets of electric vultures, the Yang version, there will be many problems, unable to produce properly. The following is an introduction to an improved process.

1. Use electric carving Yin and Yang version problem
We have a batch of orders, the paper quantitatively is about 200 g/m2, there is a silver pressed and pressure bump alignment process.Iron silver and pressure bump area only 4.4 cmx1.3 cm, on the distribution of the four Chinese characters, 5 letters and 1 logo need silver pressed and pressure bump.As the word is too small, if the pressure bump again after hot silver, paper expansion deformation and some other factors can lead to very hot silver and pressure bump misregister.Therefore we made electric carving Yin, Yang, installed to the semi-automatic stamping die cutting dual-purpose machine, a 5 registering.This process though solves the problem of misregister, but appeared the 5 registering hot silver and pressure bump pressure size inconsistent problem, unable to adjust.By the analysis that is caused by the following reasons.
(1) the semi-automatic stamping die cutting and precision is not high, lead to machine the overall pressure imbalance.
Pasting the copper plate (2) electric heating is the use of double tube of glue (an adhesive), and daub double tube glue on the underside of the copper plate is not even lead to stress.
(3)electric carving Yin and Yang version plate-making error exists.

2. Process improvement
The above three reasons causing hot silver, 5 registering the pressure of the pressure bump cannot be reconciled.If the activity mat version version of the stage, pressure can be set to roughly the same, but as a result of the activity table paste electric carving letterpress most is only 0.68 mm thick, such solutions will stick flat, although hot silver effect can also be, but there is no effect of pressure bump.
So I thought about the use of the elasticity of rubber cloth to solve this problem, the specific steps are as follows.
(1) remove the paste in the version on the stage of pressure bump Yang version machine activities, take a small piece of offset printing, with 1.95 mm thickness of air cushion rubber cloth with double-sided adhesive to the active version of the stage.
(2) adjust the machine to moderate, the original silver paste on the electric heating plate of hot copper intaglio motionless, with the pressure and the elasticity of rubber cloth machine can compress the paper into the copper intaglio tightly.
The suitable stress and the elastic rubber cloth, under the dual role of produce a product can meet the quality requirements of hot silver, and achieve the effect of pressure bump.
In production, due to the small font, in order to prevent the paste version, should be silver pressed between 90 ~ 90 ℃ temperature control, pressure bump where insufficient pressure can be adjusted by different thickness of cushion paper.
By using this technology has the following advantages.
(1) does not use the pressure bump Yang version, to avoid the misregister problem between Yin and Yang version, to avoid the production process of loss caused by misregister.
(2) don't have to install pressure bump Yang edition, paste rubber cloth directly, can greatly save debugging time, improve production efficiency.
(3) there is no pressure bump Yang version, can save the plate-making costs.
