During the preliminary design stage, our team needs to fully communicate with the client to understand the product's dimensions, shape, weight, and the client's specific requirements for the packaging Hinged Box. Based on this information, we will create preliminary design sketches, including the Hinged Box's shape, size, and internal tray layout. After the preliminary design, we will determine the material and craftsmanship for the Hinged Box. This Hinged Box uses 157 gsm double sided copperplate paper as the main material, which offers excellent printing effects and strength. Meanwhile, we choose four-color printing plus one spot color to meet the client's color requirements for patterns and text. Applying matte lamination can increase the paper's gloss and abrasion resistance, while hot stamping with antique bronze gold enhances the overall luxurious feel. After completing the design drawings, we will submit them to the client for confirmation. Modifications will be made based on the client's feedback on the design drawings until the client is satisfied.
During the printing process, our press operator will strictly control the ink usage and color consistency to ensure that the printed results match the design drawings. After printing, the matte lamination process is applied to increase the paper's gloss and abrasion resistance. Subsequently, antique bronze gold hot stamping is carried out to enhance the overall luxurious appearance. According to the design drawings, the Hinged Box shape is crafted. Firstly, greyboard is used to make the box's bottom and hinged lid sections. Then, white cardboard is cut to the appropriate shapes and sizes and undergoes matte lamination. After that, the internal tray is adhered to the box bottom to ensure the product is securely placed inside.
The Hinged Boxes that pass inspection are packed and boxed. During the packing process, it is necessary to ensure that each Hinged Box is intact and to conduct a quantity check and label attachment as required by the client.
