At the initial stage of design, we conducted in-depth communications with our clients to understand their requirements for the perfume box. Based on this information, we proposed a preliminary conceptual design, which included the overall shape, size, and structure of the box, as well as the expected visual effects and tactile sensations.

After confirming the preliminary design, we began considering suitable materials and processes. Taking into account the quality of the perfume and the client's positioning, we selected 157gsm double copper paper as the main material. This paper has excellent printing effects and stiffness, capable of effectively supporting the box's structure. Additionally, we decided to apply a matte lamination to the paper surface to enhance the box's texture and feel.

Regarding color and pattern design, we engaged in multiple rounds of communication and revisions with our clients. Ultimately, we settled on a four-color printing base complemented by a special orange printing scheme, creating a noble and vibrant visual effect.

Before officially starting the printing process, we carefully checked the production order and required materials to ensure all information was accurate. During printing, we strictly controlled the ink usage and drying time to guarantee the clarity of the patterns and the accuracy of the colors. After printing, we applied the matte lamination, giving the box surface a low-key and elegant matte texture.

When crafting the box shape, we utilized advanced lid and base box-making machinery, employing precise cutting and folding techniques to transform the paper into the box lid and body. Simultaneously, we produced a flocked inner tray and fixed it inside the box body.

Upon completion of production, we conducted rigorous quality inspections on each box, including checks on dimensions, appearance, and printing quality. After confirming that all boxes met the design requirements, we proceeded with packaging and either shipped them out or stored them in the warehouse.
