Design and Production Process:

Starting from the customer's perspective, the basic shape and size of the Hinged drawer box were determined. In terms of appearance design, a minimalist yet exquisite line was adopted, along with harmonious color matching, ensuring that the box visually captures users' attention. Additionally, the partial bright UV process was cleverly utilized to add a highlight effect to certain key parts of the box, enhancing its overall texture and grade.

The outer box, inner box, and inner tray were all made of 350g double copper paper to ensure the box's strength and stiffness, capable of bearing a certain weight and pressure, thus guaranteeing the box's stability and durability. The outer box underwent four-color printing to precisely present the design patterns and text on the paper, aligning the box's visual effects with the design requirements. A matte laminate was then applied to improve the paper's touch and visual appearance. The box's lid and base were connected using a glued tab closure to ensure stability and sealing.

After printing, dedicated quality inspectors would check whether the finished products met the standards. Only qualified products would proceed to the next step—packing and shipping. The finished products would be packed according to the pre-agreed shipping schedule with the customer and delivered on time.
