Before production, we meticulously verify the production order to ensure all materials meet the design specifications. Additionally, we conduct quality checks on raw materials such as cardboard, double copper paper, black cardboard, and greyboard, verifying parameters like moisture content and thickness to ensure they meet standards. The designed graphics are printed onto 157g double copper paper using a printing press and then undergo matte lamination to enhance their gloss and abrasion resistance. Meanwhile, 350g white cardboard also undergoes four-color printing and matte lamination for the production of small cardboard boxes. The die-cut black cardboard and greyboard are bonded together according to design requirements to form the box's main structure. Then, the printed face paper is evenly coated with glue using a gluing machine and pasted onto the box's main body. During the bonding process, we focus on the flatness and firmness of the four sides to ensure the box does not deform or break during transportation and use.

Upon completion of production, dedicated quality inspectors conduct quality checks on the finished products. Only qualified products are packed and shipped, while unqualified ones are either reworked or directly discarded.
