How to order the custom printed paper box and paper bag from us?

1. Price Quote

Since we are a China leading custom printed paper box and paper bag manufacturer, we can have the price advantage against the small manufacturers and factories. In order to get accurate price quote, we need you to provide the following specs. 

Artwork: You can send us the artwork of the products, we can know the size, the structure and color printing details through the artwork. It is helpful for us to get the accurate price if you have the physical sample. Our sales will check the artwork and make sure everything is ok for printing. Usually, there are font missing problems if the text in the artwork is not outlined and your designer uses some special fonts. 

Quantity: Since the machine setup cost for the rigid paper box is usually very high, 100-200USD. Also, about 200USD will be normally charged by the shipping company for the port related fees. Therefore, it isn't worthy for you to import the boxes from us if your order quantity is too small, because the final cost for a small order will be very high. Therefore, our minimum order quantity will be 1000 pieces if you would like to place an order. The price will be much better when the quantity increase.

Size: Usually, through the artwork of the paper packaging products, we can know the size, the structure and color printing details through the artwork. Also, you need specify whether the size is the inner size or the outer size. This assures that paper box or paper bag fits your product perfectly. 

Surface finishing: We can do surface finishing like hot stamping, Aqueous Coating, Spot UV, Die cut window, gold/silver foiling, glue glitter, embossing, debossing, etc. We need to confirm with you what kinds of finishing you would like to apply on the surface.

2. Sample production and confirmation

The sample is important when you want to make sure everything is good before the mass production of your paper packaing products. Also, the paper packaging products sample is necessary for us to match the color and other details during the mass production. The customized sample production will take about 5-7 business days. The sample fee wil be around 100-200USD. The sample fee can be refunded when the mass production is confirmed. We will ship the sample to let you confirm it before mass production.

3. Deposit for mass production

After you confirm the paper packaging products sample, things will go more smoothly. You make the about 30-50% pre-payment of the total mass production fee and we can start the production. When the mass production is done, we will take images of the mass production to let you check for your confirmation. 

4. Mass production

This usually takes around 2 weeks even if your order quantity is more than 100,000pcs. Guangzhou Risun-Print company takes pride in its capacity in the manufacture of the high quality paper boxes, paper bags, paper tubes and other paper packaging products. Even for the foldable rigid shoulder box which needs a lot of hand-made process for the gluing, we can produce around 60,000pcs- 80,000pcs per week.

5. Inspection

When the mass production is done, we welcome you to visit our factory to inspect the goods. Usually our client lets us take many images of the mass production to let them confirm. Some of our clients have an agent company who can inspect the goods for them

6. Shipping

All you need to do about the shipping is to find a good freight forwarder company to take care of the shipping items for you. If you don't want to bother yourself with this, you can try our freight forwarder company. You can compare the shipping and save your money. 

You inquire shipping freight: the shipping cost is charged by the shipping forwarder company and is calculated based on the actual volume and weight of the goods. When the mass production is done, we will send you the packaging data, then you can make an inquiry about the sea freight with the shipping forwarder company. 

We issue the booking form: After you confirm the freight cost, then shipping forwarder company will contact us to send them the booing form, then they will book the ship and handle the rest of things for us. 

We send you the B/L: When everything is finished, the shipping forwarder company will issue the B/L around a week after the ship leaves the port. Then, we will send you the B/L telex release together with the packing list, commercial invoice to you for your pick-up of the goods.
