efore the design process began, we conducted in-depth communications with our clients to understand their requirements for the drawer gift box, including budget, design style, material selection, and other relevant information. Based on the results of the needs analysis, we started to conceive creative ideas. Various design schemes were considered, encompassing the shape, size, color scheme, material choice, and decorative elements of the gift box. Subsequently, we began to draw design sketches, which detailed the external structure of the gift box, the design of the double doors, the internal layout, and the specifics of the decorative elements. This not only facilitated communication within our team but also provided clear guidance for the subsequent production process. Upon completion of the design drawings, they were presented to the client for confirmation, and modifications were made based on the client's feedback until the client was satisfied.
With the design drafts in hand, we procured the necessary materials and issued production orders to prepare for mass production. Firstly, the hot stamping process was applied to the red touch paper to imprint the matte gold patterns on the window flowers of the upper cover of the inner box. At the same time, embossing technology was utilized to create a three-dimensional effect in certain areas, enhancing the hierarchical sense of the gift box. According to the internal layout design, grayboard was cut and pasted at the bottom and sides of the inner box to form a stable support structure. Golden nipple brass nails were installed as drawer handles at the positions measuring 868mm to ensure that the handles were secure and easy to operate. Red ribbons were assembled on the side of the gift box interior to facilitate the lifting of the inner cover plate.
After production, specialized quality inspectors conducted a comprehensive inspection of the gift boxes. Unqualified gift boxes were either reworked or directly discarded, and only qualified ones were packaged for shipment or stored in the warehouse.
