  Design Process

The box lid and box base are designed in the form of a hinge and a base tray, respectively, with the connecting parts realized through precise die-cutting and folding processes. The interior of the box lid is equipped with an EVA-laminated flocking lining to protect the product and enhance the overall texture. Patterns can be selected from simple geometric shapes or abstract lines, with silver foil stamping's silvery white as the dominant color, complemented by the base color of the specialty paper, to create a clean and elegant visual effect. The design drawings, once completed, are presented to the client for confirmation. If the client is dissatisfied or has other requirements, we will revise the design drawings until the client is satisfied.

  Based on the design requirements, we have carefully planned every step of the process, from printing, foil stamping, die-cutting, folding, to EVA-laminated flocking, ensuring that each step accurately realizes the design intent. The designed patterns and text are printed onto specialty paper. During the printing process, it is essential to ensure the uniformity of ink and the accuracy of colors to obtain clear patterns and vivid hues. After printing, silver foil stamping is performed. The silver foil material is heated and impressed onto the specialty paper through a foil stamping machine, allowing the silvery white gloss to evenly adhere to the paper surface. During the foil stamping process, temperature, pressure, and time must be controlled to ensure optimal foil stamping effects. Finally, the box lid and box base are assembled together through the connecting parts to form a complete Hinged Box. During the assembly process, it is necessary to ensure smooth opening and closing of the box lid and the firmness of the connecting parts. Quality inspection is conducted after completion to ensure that the size, shape, color, and touch of each box meet the design requirements.
