The design inspiration of the Book Shaped Drawer Box originates from the form of traditional books, enhancing the product's elegance and the user's unpacking experience through a unique packaging format. During the initial design stage, we communicated with the client and established a minimalist yet exquisite style as the main theme, combining product characteristics and brand culture to create a strong brand identity visually. We adopted a double-layer structure design, with the outer layer mimicking a book cover and the inner layer featuring a drawer-style box. The internal compartments of the box are customized according to the size and quantity of the items to be stored, ensuring stability and ease of access.
Considering that the Book Shaped Drawer Box needs to possess certain load-bearing capacity and durability while maintaining lightness and aesthetics, we selected 350g double copper paper as the primary material, which offers excellent printing effects and stiffness.
Based on the design drafts, samples were produced to inspect the accuracy and clarity of colors, fonts, and patterns through actual printing effects, ensuring that the design meets expectations. According to the design requirements, key elements such as the brand logo and product name on the cover underwent gold foil stamping. During the gold foil stamping process, precise control of temperature and pressure is required to ensure a clear and bright stamping effect. Additionally, a protective film was applied to safeguard the gold foil stamped areas from wear and tear. The printed and gold foil stamped papers were then cut, folded, and glued to assemble the preliminary form of the Book Shaped Drawer Box. Subsequent detailed quality inspections were conducted to check the box's structural stability, printing quality, and the perfection of the gold foil stamping. After passing the quality inspections, the final packaging and warehousing were carried out.
